Lead Me Back Foundation officially launched its COVID-19 Vaccines awareness project on the 5th February, 2022. The organisation has partnered with Zambia National Public Health Institute (ZNPHI) and the Ministry of Health to raise awareness on the COVID-19 vaccines and debunk the myths that surround the vaccines through sharing verified and factual information from experts. The guest of honour for the launch was Miss Mazyanga Liwewe, the ZNPHI Director of Information, Communication and Research who emphasised one of the pillars set up by the Ministry of Health as key in the response to COVID-19 is vaccination, that targets vaccination 95% of the eligible population.
